PIN codes

For roaming inspectors without their own Sling email. Issue a code, give it to the person face to face, and they set their own 6-digit PIN on this page (First time? Set your PIN). A code works once and lasts 72 hours. Issuing a new code is also how a forgotten PIN is reset. Five wrong PINs lock the PIN for 15 minutes.
